We live in a busy world between work and family, especially during the week. My schedule is based around my client's schedule, not mine. I have extensive knowledge of the Carroll County, MD real estate market as well as most of Howard County, Baltimore County & Frederick County. When you list your home with me, I take a proactive approach to sell it quickly AND for the highest price possible. Listing your home in the MLS is the first step in the process, not the ONLY step. I aggressively market to all of my contacts through social media, other agents, my own buyers, open houses and other unconventional sources. Selling a home is not a "list it and forget it" undertaking. Sadly that is the approach that so many agents take when listing a home. I follow up with every showing for feedback and pass that information back to my client immediately. I diligently work every medium to find as many buyers as possible instead of "hoping" another agent brings a buyer to me.
